	wing\, Radie\nPeat distils the essence of folk music into her songs and pe
	rformances. Already\none of Ireland’s most influential and revered vocalis
	ts\, Peat is celebrated for\nher powerful contralto voice\, technical voca
	l authority\, and emotional depth.\nPeat’s trajectory as a multi-instrumen
	talist musician and singer began when she\ntook up the concertina at a you
	ng age and started singing and playing alongside\nher sisters at tradition
	al Irish music sessions. Music was a solace during\nformative teenage year
	s\, during which time she became great friends with Cormac\nMac Diarmada. 
	The two would later join with Ian and Daragh Lynch to form\ncontemporary I
	rish folk music group\, Lankum. With their shared depth of\nknowledge\, mu
	sical agility\, lyrical talent and abundant creative chemistry the\ngroup 
	has become a cornerstone of contemporary Irish folk. More recently Peat\nf
	ormed ØXN alongside Katie Kim\, Eleanor Myler\, and John ‘Spud’ Murphy to 
	create\na doom folk supergroup characterised by pensive lamentations from 
	the darker\nside of the Irish storytelling and song tradition.\n\nRough Tr
	ade Records are excited to share Radie Peat’s debut solo single - an\ninte
	rpretation of the popular traditional love song\, ‘Still I Love Him’. With
	\nunique vision\, staggering vocal range and a wry sense of knowing\, Peat

	ty\, and\nemotional depth\, she distils the essence of folk music\, breath
