DESCRIPTION:Applications are now open for aemi’s year-long artist developme
	nt programme:\n‘Developing Your Practice as a Film Artist’\n\nThis program
	me is designed to provide a group of nine Irish or Ireland-based\nfilm art
	ists with a career support network to  draw from across twelve months to\n
	enhance the creative development and audience reach of a single project. C
	entral\nto the programme is the opportunity to participate in aemi’s Rough
	 Cut\ndevelopment workshops through which filmmakers share works in progre
	ss with an\ninvited audience of peers and arts professionals including fil
	m festival\nprogrammers\, producers and critics.\n\nThis programme is focu
	sed exclusively on the development of film projects\ndesigned specifically
	 for cinema and film festival audiences. \n\nApplicants must be from or re
	sident in Ireland.\n\nOur goals with the programme are:\n– To assist you t
	o navigate the film artist landscape by offering project\nfocused developm
	ent\n– To support you with film festival & exhibition strategy\n– To broad
	en your network and community\n-To help you identify and secure mentorship
	 opportunities for career development\nand advancement.\n-To help you to f
	oster and build confidence in your practice\n-To help you to expand the sc
	ope of your practice through critical engagement\nwith your work in suppor
	tive environments.\n\nDEVELOPING YOUR PRACTICE AS A FILM ARTIST gives appl
	icants access to:\n\n-aemi Rough Cut Project Development Workshops\n-Indiv
	iduated aemi Mentorship\n-Access to workshops\, masterclasses\, and inform
	ation sessions\n-peer to peer support across the year of the programme\n\n
	Up to 9 artists will be selected to take part in this year long programme.
	\n\nProgramme meetings and Rough Cut events typically take place in Dublin
	 and so we\nask applicants to please consider these travel and potential a
	ccommodation costs\nbefore joining the course.\n\nThis opportunity is open
	 to everyone. While applicants have typically attended a\none-to-one aemi
